This was my first experience using Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. I had never had a rug cleaned before and this whole process was pretty easy with dropping your rug off and picking it up when it was finished. The rug looked very nice when I brought it home and unrolled it, but what really impressed me was the smell. They were able to get this rug deodorized from pet smells. I was ever so happy about that!
