i brought in a couple of small oriental rugs that were long overdue for a cleaning. with the 25% discount the cost was minimal, i'd say. the job was finished on schedule, i received a text confirming the rugs were ready. no problems with the pick-up. i'll be back, especially if i received another discount. jpc
