I took my 5 X 8 Oriental rug to Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery to have it cleaned. When you enter their facility, the people are so nice and very helpful. They explained exactly how the rug was going to be cleaned and how long they would have it. They came out and unloaded it and carried it in. They also had a showroom with rugs available to purchase. I am going to purchase one when I pick up my rug. This was my first time using this company and their service was great! The in-store experience was great, and I liked that they were straight to the point in answering all of my questions.
