I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery several times now to have my rugs cleaned. The folks who show up to pick up and deliver my rugs are all very courteous, on time, and seem to know what they're doing. Their prices are reasonable and they always do a good job. I plan to continue using them to get my rugs cleaned.
