I am totally dissatisfied with the service I got. My rug was
in good condition and had some dog hair in it. When I picked the rug up I noticed that the rug was clean but still had a considerable amount of dog hair. When I asked the clerk had the rug been vacuumed and he said yes but gave some ridiculous explanation about how dog hairs get embedded and don't come out. I'm not buying that story. The truth is they just didn't vacuum the rug before cleaning it.
