I have a new puppy, and puppies do what puppies do. I took my rug into Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery, I had heard many good things about them. My experience with their customer service was very good, and they finished cleaning my carpet when they said they would. I have not taken it out yet to see the results but I have every faith that it is exactly what I have been hearing about.
