I Love Them!
I love Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery, they are perfect! This is our third time using them, and although everything went well, I noticed some damage in an area where the fringe attaches to the carpet. One whole side came un-tucked. I like Fred and I'll be calling them back and I know they will make it right. I would absolutely use their services again.
