I understand perfectly well due to the virus for the delay is delivering my 4 oriental rugs. The delivery person who delivered my rugs needs a lesson of client respect and etiquette. He was in fast motion placing my rugs and not giving me enough time to move my breakable things in one room before starting in another or even making sure they were straight. Because of his carelessness, he broke a 14" antique porcelain figurine that belonged to my late mother who would have been 103. He was such a $@!#% in so many ways. He asked how much it was worth and I said it was priceless, which he took it as worthless. When I gave him my credit card to pay I asked him what he was going to do about the item he broke you said it wasn't worth anything?! He then asked me the value and I estimated what I thought it was worth because it can't be replaced. He then spoke rudely, said he would send me a check, slammed the door and sped away to what he said he had 28 deliveries to make. I really hate it for the customers who came after me. Thank goodness I had two friends with me to witness his behavior. There is a problem with all 4 rugs and how they were placed
