I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery three times now, and they are a very good company to work with. I have an 8 foot by 11 foot rug they clean for me. They are honest and easy going and they set realistic expectations for their work. They tell you right up front that sometimes pet stains may not come all the way out, and that the rug may not look brand new. Nonetheless, they do a wonderful job and I really like how genuine they are. They do the work in a timely fashion, and they even deliver if you need them to. I have been very happy with them, and I have already been recommending them to people I know.
