Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery recently cleaned an area rug for me, and they did a good job. There were a couple of small spots that didn't come out but overall, the rug looks very good. I would use them again and I would recommend them to family and friends. The servicemen that did the cleaning were professional and friendly. They had good customer service skills and it was a good first experience.
