I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery twice and have been so pleased both times. This last time they cleaned one large Oriental rug and two Persian rugs. The Oriental is about 100 years old and not in the best shape. They did a beautiful job on it. All three rugs came back looking so nice and completely odor-free. They are very punctual and always pick up on time. The pickup and delivery are free. Their prices are very reasonable. I recommended them to a neighbor, and she said she paid so much more than I did to have her Oriental rug cleaned. I plan on using them again.
