I bought an Oriental rug from Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery to put under my coffee table, and when it needed cleaning, I took it back to them. They are friendly people, and they take the time to talk to you, and explain things to you. They did a good job cleaning the rug for me. That is what impresses me the most about them - doing a good cleaning job!
