I'm in the floor covering business, and I have been since 1969. I was using Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery when Fred owned it himself before he sold it. I've been using their services since the early 1990s. I like them because they tell you how much it costs, they tell you when it will be done, and you go in and pick it up and it's ready. They clean Oriental rugs the old-fashioned way. They have concrete barriers, and they put the rugs in there and give them a good soak in water, and they will Scotchguard them or whatever you ask, and then you're good to go.
