Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery did a fantastic job on my Oriental rug. I would really have to say the job they did was perfect. The employees were very nice. I really liked the way they did the scheduling, and the fact that they showed up on time. Not only did they do a fabulous job cleaning the carpet, it smelled clean. I had a rug cleaned by another company and it looked clean, but it never smelled clean. I have already recommended them to several of my neighbors in Brentwood. I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery several times and each time they do an excellent job. Their customer service is perfect. If you go on their website, there is a video showing how your rug will be cleaned. It was very informative. I will definitely use them again and again in the future.
