Dumped a whole cup of coffee on a good rug on a Saturday. Took it to Remmers that day and the owner said the stain couldn't sit for 2-3 days. So he took it back into the wash pit himself and worked on it. Picked it up this week and it looked great. Of course, they always do a good job. That's why I take our rugs there. Thanks!
