Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery has always done a phenomenal job for me! I have been using them for several years now. They used to do my wall to wall carpeting. This time I took in an Oriental Rug for them to clean. When I brought it in we discussed what needed to be done. The rug is over 30 years old and it has seen better days. We had pets in the house plus normal wear and tear. So we discussed animal cleaning products and replacing the fringe to make it look better. Not only does it look fabulous now but it looks brand new again! They did a fantastic job! Plus their pricing is really good and they are a local business (and it is always nice to support the local businesses). Sure, there are other carpet cleaning services here but none that have the great customer service or attention to detail that you get at Fred's. I would tell anyone who needs carpet cleaning done they do a great job, they go over the cleaning issues with you so they can pay attention to the details that need work, their pricing is reasonable and their customer service at Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery is great!
