I used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery recently because I have a rug which was tarnished by my dog. They were here on time, got it back to me when they said they would, and cleaned it up well. It's an expensive shag rug, and they did a good job of keeping it clean. I used them about a year ago for the same rug, and because of the same dog. I'd use them again, for sure.
