This was my first time to use Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. I had a rather expensive custom made rug in my son's room, and the family dog repeatedly "marked his territory" upon it. It was so bad that I considered just throwing the rug away, but instead opted to take it to Fred Remmers. I dropped the rug off, and then they called me when it was cleaned, and ready to be picked up.

They did a most excellent job of cleaning it, and got out all the stains, and most importantly, they got out all the odors! I know that these types of cleaning jobs are very difficult to get right, but Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery did just that.They just did an absolutely excellent job on it!

They are well known in this area as the "go to" place for cleaning Oriental rugs, expensive rugs, or fragile heirloom type rugs. They have a wonderful reputation, and now I know why. They saved my custom made rug for me!
