I have used Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery twice, and I would definitely use them again. They did a wonderful job with my rug. Another place I had tried didn't do such a thorough job, and this place did. So, I was willing to cart it all the way to Tennessee on a trip to see my daughter so I could have them clean it for me. They offer excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend them!
