My rug looks great
I inherited a nice, oriental style rug form my grandmother 14 years ago. I cleaned it once myself. I decided to send it out this time and these folks sent it back spotless. It looks brand new. Even the fringes, which are white, are spotless. If your rug is worth something to you, this is the way to go. My grandmother would be very happy!
