This review relates to customer service only, as I have not reviewed the quality of work yet. When I called to set up the cleaning the lady answering my call provided very detailed information. On delivering the rug, I received more than sufficient information for me to feel I would receive good service.
Debbie was very friendly, professional and helpful. She kept me updated on cleaning progress.
