My rug had a long run in it. So I called Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning. The guy who came in was really good. He came in quick when I called them. He cut out a small piece and fixed the rug so well that you can't even tell anymore where it had snagged and pulled out the weave. It looks fantastic. This was my first time using them--I would certainly call them again.
