I give Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning five stars across the board. This was the first time using them. They were punctual, and they're great in general business dealings. They guy who cleaned the carpet did a fantastic job. And he got it completely stretched out. I would continue to use their services on my rental property. They have a quick turnaround. All in all, it took three days to get it done for me. I would tell a potential customer of theirs that they're one of the better outfits I've dealt with. The price and punctuality I received was not the standard. They were professional and friendly. They were also respectful in the rental property. I don't know if they have comparable rates as I have no basis for the comparison. I have hardwoods in my house. And I just recently carpeted the rental. But I was happy with the quote I received. They seemed reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.
