It was easy to make an appointment and they were able to come out the next day. The techs name was William, some words I would use to describe him are timely, friendly, and a good guy. William was able to make a perfect color match to my carpet and fill in the hole. The carpet looks like new and I am so happy with how it looks. I highly recommend them!
