My experience was fantastic! Everyone was so nice and friendly. My water heater exploded and flooded my whole basement. I thought I would have to have my carpeting re-padded, but I spoke with Tiffany and Umar, who explained I would only need to have my carpet cleaned, which saved me a lot of money and trouble. Both Tiffany and Umar were super easy to talk to, and Umar came promptly on a Saturday to get started. I have nothing but good things to say about them!
