I stopped in for a quote on break pad replacement. Wow!!!! I WAS BLOWN AWAY WITH HOW EXPENSIVE THE QUOTE I GOT!

490.00 dollars JUST to replace the front two break pads and rotors!....Unreal!..... I told a Chris “wow that’s expensive!” His words “well feel free to go somewhere else”. I took his advice I I recommend that anyone considering having work done on their car do the same.

I went to J&J Elite repair and I got the job done for 250.00...I highly suggest J&J their customer service alone beats this joke of a shop.

Come on almost double the cost of J&J.. I was told but Chris “we don’t use cheap parts” that’s very good BUT come on just how much are the parts at Auto Doc? I’m all about paying a Reasonable amount for parts and labor.

J&J use Duralast Gold ceramic brake pads and Duralast rotors not the cheapest of parts. Which brings me back to was it the parts that were so expensive or the shop labor at Auto Doc??

I will never recommend any of my family/friends to Auto Doc!!!!!!

John, thanks for taking the time to write a review. I would like to voice my side of the story. Our brake jobs come with a 2 year 24,000 mile nationwide parts and labor warranty. The parts come from a professional installers warehouse, not the Auto Zone brand that were installed on your vehicle. Also, I Googled J&J Elite`s location and their facility is what really looks UNREAL! I would be scared to send any of my customers over to that area of town. Please, anyone reading this review, search this place and compare it to The Auto Doc, WOW! Also, I called them to see if your 250 dollar brake job was realistic and to check out your story. They quoted more than what you said. Also, I found out their warranty was half of what ours is. I don`t know how long they have been around but it can`t be long with only 16 reviews. We have 211 with a 4.5 star rating. This coming July, we will have been in business for 25 years. We are a AAA rated repair facility with Master ASE certified technicians. AAA requires that we haver a 3 million dollar blanket insurance policy. I`m sure J&J likely does not. If your wheel falls off or your cheap brakes fail, I hope you are confident with your decision but some of your story doesn`t hold water. Thanks for the opportunity to tell my side. Owner- Dave
