Our pet stayed at the CVS (Rock Hill and Charlotte) for a few days. Luckily, at checkout we carefully reviewed all items included in the bill. A few items were duplicated. it would cost us over $320 if we missed that. The duplicates were removed manually by the front desk. We left the facility happy with our pet. A few months later we received a letter from collections try to collect "the outstanding balance". No apologies from CVS when called to the CVS.
