Let me begin with Dr. Michelle Nanfelt. BEWARE!! She is absolutely the most horrible surgeon/person I have ever met in my life... She has no compassion for people and dogs. After a wopping $5,000 kidney stone removal, she will took my money and then would NOT see my sweet dog for ANY post op visits whatsoever. This went on an entire 3 weeks. I had to go to an ER near my house because she would not see my dog. No-one could figure out why my dog could not urinate... After $500 ER Visits. One of the internal medicine Dr's was convinced to see my sweet dog for another $1,000. Finally they found out a solution a month later after my dog was in pain. The 1 thing this practice has is an amazing office manager. He was the only hope in the whole practice. DO NOT GO HERE!
