My dog died, likely due to their lack of urgency

I ended up at CVS because my dog developed an issue with platelets. Most likely ITP.
I got the referral to CARE but they had a 2 month wait. CVS was able to get me in within 10 days.
While prescribing immunosuppressants, they monitored his blood to see if it was effective.
Results were promising, and we began to taper his meds.
My dog doesn’t socialize with other dogs at all.
Days after bloodwork, he developed a mild cough.
Many X-rays later, a check for fungal pneumonia, my dog passed away in their ER.
They wouldn’t do anything that wasn’t textbook. He was supposed to have a bronscopy but never made it.
You see, you must be off antibiotics for a week prior and their internal medicine doctor only works every other week.
My dog was dying slowly in front of me for months while they continued to strongly suggest that I stay on the immunosuppressants.
Only on his death bed, did they suggest trying treatments but it was too late. He passed away within an hour.
I blame them for my dogs death, and would never ever send anyone there.
All they wanted to do is TEST TEST TEST.
Not enough action. I even had to chase them down for every test result. Several days would go by while my dog died a little more inside for every test.
