They performed surgery to remove a tiny cyst on my parents dog, released her 1 day later. Our dog was continuously vomiting, not taking in liquids or food. They told us her blood glucose was stable. We check it, it read HIGH. Dr. Arnold told us if we had any problems to bring her back in, we call and they tell us there are NO DOCTORS AVAILABLE. What kind of 24hr emergency vet has no doctor on staff?! Then they ask us for deposit before we can leave her again after we paid for a hefty surgical bill? Really?? This place doesn’t care about your pets. Our poor dog DIED the next morning after we dropped her off, after we had to pay another $2500. They were not going to call us and give up an update on her condition, I had to tell my parents to go see their dog., and that is when she passed. Dr. Andrews said to me that she was not in any distress, our dog could not breathe!! And then she passed 2 mins after the vet techs brought her to us. How was that not any distress? If you want negligent care bring your dog here, if want your dog to die bring your dog here. If you want a vet to take all your money and still not do a $@!#% thing for your dog then most definitely bring your dog here.
