If you love your fur baby do not take them here!! I took my one year old kitty as she was throwing up uncontrollably. The staff at the front desk asked couple of questions to them tell me we are Max capacity and can’t help you. She was an $&@!!! She could careless about my girl!! She was cold, rude and cruel. She gave me a very smart sorry!!!

I rush to find another ER because I knew there was something wrong with her. I took her to Animal Medical in Charlotte. She was rushed in to surgery as my baby had a blockage. They saved her life. I wasted precious time at Carolina Vet in Matthews and will never go back. Horrible customer, lack of care and idiot staff!!

Your clinic doesn’t deserve to care for animals.
