I have used this place before and had excellent service. However, last night I took my 4 lb baby here due to not Eating/drinking, not able to urinate/defecate, extremely lethargic. I understand Covid has changed things but my husband and I sat in our car for over 1 hour before a young man approached and asked what the issue was but not writing a thing down! Another 2 hours and not a word, not an update...nothing. No one bothered to take a temp, check her breathing...nothing! This little dog was panting like crazy! We finally just left. I’ll be taking her to her own vet this morning after being up all night with her! I am suspecting bladder stones and very upset this baby waited 4 hours and was never seen or even checked on!
