BEING THAT MY REVIEW WAS DELETED ON GOOGLE, I AM REPOSTING IT TO OTHER PLACES TO ALLOW OTHERS TO REALIZE HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW IS AS FOLLOWS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

I’ve never had such a horrible experience in my life. It started decent. My dog was attacked by 2 dogs so we took her in. She had a couple of deep cuts, but was fine other than that. It took 45 minutes to take her back and another 45 minutes to hear anything. They were busy, I accepted that. They started by saying it would be $800 to do x-rays and treat her. We were OK with that. We were told to go home until we hear back from them. They called almost 4 hours later around 10 at night stating it would be longer to treat her due to them being overwhelmed with dogs. Another hour later is when it all changed. They called to tell me that it would be closer to $10,000! She said if we couldn’t go this path, that it might be best to put her down. She went in with a deep cut and a few minor cuts and we were being told this around midnight, where she still hadn’t been treated in the 6 hours they had her other than a round of antibiotics. We told them we were coming to get our dog and that’s where they backed up and offered a $400 fix that would get her wounds cleaned up and antibiotics to go hone with her. We decided to go this route rather than take her home and take her to our vet the next day just to get her wounds treated quickly. Upon picking her up and taking her home, we realized they left off one of her prescriptions and wrote down a wrong prescription on paper, but a different was filled, which was apparently “just a typo”. When calling them to discuss these questions, it took multiple hours and multiple calls to get anyone to talk to me. It’s obvious that once they had my money, that helping me with these questions and concerns were not a big deal to them. Lastly, the neighbor whose dog attacked ours, offered to pay, but we had to pay initially to let her come home with us. When explaining this, they stated to pay in cash so that we could get refunded more easily when the neighbor paid. However, when he did pay, which was amazingly kind of him, they stated they could not refund cash and that they would have to refund via check in 10-15 business days. Zero communication and people who obviously don’t know what they are doing. They want your money and obviously care very little to none about animals. Please do not send your pets here. You will regret it if you do. I’ve been told one in Fort Mill is outstanding, but I don’t know the name yet. Simply avoid this place. You’ll be glad you did.
