Barrus Pianos are the only ones we use. They handle our deliveries exclusively and they do all of our piano system installs exclusively. We don't go anywhere else. They have been extremely flexible. They go out of their way to help us. We have a really strong personal relationship with them. If I have any concerns or worries, I just call and we talk. They're just like best friends.
