I utilized The Elite Group for two different home inspections this year. The first time, Robert Gardner came out to do the inspection. For the second home, I requested Robert again because he was so thorough and patient during the first inspection. For each one, he spent nearly 4 hours doing the inspection and taking photos. He kindly answered all of my questions regarding potential hazards and the costs associated. He also showed me in person all of the larger, more pertinent items to be addressed so that I could see them firsthand. There were some items I asked about that were of concern to me and he was happy to appease me. I would highly recommend Elite Group to anyone looking to purchase a home and who is looking for piece of mind.
