Dustin was prompt, friendly and neat. He introduced himself, made friends with our dog and explained everything he did, showing the parts that needed replacing. Labor price was on the high side... he brought an apprentice and I could hear him explaining what he was doing. He arrived at 8 a.m. and left at 9:15 so I think I got charged 30 minutes to much unless he charged partial price for the helper, or charged for travel time.
