Dustin did such a thorough and excellent job of replacing our older hot water heater that had rusted and was leaking. He answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) with patience and courtesy. He and Drew made sure that the floors were covered and that we knew what was happening each step of the replacement. We feel confident of a job well done and are ready to use Carroll for the next heating - cooling or plumbing problem.
