I rented a place with RPA for just over a year and had a really good experience.  I was renting from Meghan and she was super responsive through email.  Really accommodating and helpful in answering questions (I was and still am a pretty new renter).  

One specific instance I can share with you is .... I was coming to the end of my 12 month lease and

I assumed, wrongly, that what I had left as a deposit for last month’s rent, would just automatically be used.  At the time I was looking to move closer to the city from my previous location and so I was reluctant to pay another month’s rent if I wasn't going to be there.  I started corresponding

with Meghan about this on the 5th or 6th of the month, when my rent was due on the 1st, and she informed me that they hadn't received my rent yet.  We talked about what last month's rent actually is, when it can be used, etc.  I felt so bad ... and I read in my lease about it too and expected that I would probably be dinged close to $100.  But Meghan just said if I could bring it in the next day she'd waive that fee for me.

It was really above and beyond.  Meghan was just one of a handful of instances that she was very helpful.  I will say I have tried to utilize other RPA agents to show me properties and they can sometimes be really difficult to track down, so I certainly can't speak for them all.  But I know I had an easy time with Meghan's help.
