ZERO STARS.
Essentially it was a bait-n-switch. Jay was the initial person we worked with. He was responsive and made us feel like "sure, we'll pay the $5 extra dollars per hour, it'll be worth it." MAJOR MISTAKE.

The move day started with the movers being 2.5 hours late and I was the one contacting them, and MoveCentral kept saying, "one more hour." Fine.

They arrive eventually. Found one of them smoking a joint in our bathroom while sitting on the toilet. He begged not to complain for his family's sake. FOOLED AGAIN.

Here's the Net-Net of damages, missing items and we still needed to pay 2.5 hours of OT even though my partner and I ended up dolly-$@!#% and moving our own boxes.

- Mirrored-glass Vanity set $700 Damaged. Shattered mirrors on side drawers, shattered and broken mirrors on stool.
- Sitting to Standing Office Desk $300 Damaged. Leg and wheel crushed.
- Wooden Table for 2 $100 Damaged. Deep scratches across the width of the table, now splintered wood.
- Korg Electric Keyboard $650 MISSING. This was wrapped in a packing blanket and never made it to our home.
- Google Nest Home w. Display $175 MISSING. This was packed in a box, the box never made it to our home (also MISSING.)

We moved 15 min away from our previous apartment. 15min! And look at all the issues. Lastly, the movers threw away bulk garbage from a DIFFERENT home into our condo premise and we almost got a fine on our first night. We payed $50 to some workers on the premise to help US move MoveCentral's garbage.

After $2,206 worth of damages, missing items, unjust OT, and paying others to help us, Move Central offered us $80! I went back n forth w customer service, and finally took $150 just to be done with them.
