Unorganized. Did not deliver as promised. Never called to notify. Took me six phone calls to be told they would come the next day. Didn’t have staff. Do not take responsibility. Try to get you to sign delivery and is actually a waiver releasing them of liability. Broke a 65” LG year old television. BEWARE- Per “contract” they pay $.60 per POUND on this unrepairable item. A $800 + replacement television gets you a maximum of a $34.00 credit. Will argue with you. Asked for HALF credit of only “delivery charge” as it was not crews fault they did not have staff and felt this was a fair resolution.
Jaime Arias called back to argue that they would credit only half of delivery charge . HELLO - did you not read my email? I asked for a credit for tv replacement and 1/2 of delivery charge. So instead of a reasonable $935 credit they are looking at crediting of $169.00.
