I had two different experiences with this company, so I think it will help you get a good idea of how good they are. They made what could have easily been a stressful day a breeze! When they arrived, my building manager was no where to be found to get the elevator key. My normal reaction would have been to panic, but this team had it all under control. They were so efficient at wrapping my furniture and loading up the dollies that having to wait for the elevator a few times barely slowed them down. When my building manager showed up with the elevator key half an hour after they arrived, she was shocked to discover they were almost done loading!
