Do not use Cindy Carlson as your realtor. She does not know how to properly promote the sale of your home. You may end up having to sell for far less than your house is worth.

She harasses those that may have lost a family with a ridiculous amount of mailings, trying to get the listing of your deceased lived one. No other realtor has this aggressive approach. Too bad she is not aggressive when trying to sell your home.
