We hired an agent at Edina Reality to sell my mother's home after her death. The home sold before is was on the market. The company did not list the home, take pictures or pay for any advertising. At the closing we asked to have the agency fees waived or reduced because there were no expenses outside of the agent fees which we paid minus a reduction she volunteered to us. What a scam to take our money for zero service!
