Steve and LaVern Rod sold a family members home earlier this year and we were very unimpressed. Steve did not have great negotiating skills and we felt we could have received more money for the home or for the items the buyers were wanting if he were a better negotiator. To top off an already unimpressive sale, they did not even send my family member a thank you note. Apparently they do not need repeat or word of mouth business.
