Just looked at our closing contract and they are charging us a broker admin fee, despite the fact that our agent is difficult, at best, to reach! When we asked her about the fee, initially, we were told the form was outdated and incorrect, and assured we would not be charged.
She insisted that her boss would not allow her to waive the fee. Contacted the broker (Donald Harff), and he was very rude. He played the blame game and said we would have to speak with her. Even our mortgage broker is appalled by dealings with the company; saying we are being misrepresented!!!
In response to this post, we received a belligerent phone call from our agent that included foul language. Her “manager” then sent an email that can only be described as juvenile at best. I am appalled at the complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and integrity within this company!!!! I wouldn’t wish Edina on my worst enemy!!!! As someone coming from another state, this company makes the entire state look bad!!!
