Absolutely terrible!
I had an appointment to have my carpet cleaned in several room and 3 couches. They didn’t give us a time of arrival and then told me that I was supposed to call, which I didn’t know. I took off the whole day and cancelled 4 appointments to sit and wait for them, I called and they acted like my time and business wasn’t their priority. The owner Ted was very condescending and told me he “didn’t want to argue” and I said neither did I, all I wanted my carpets cleaned. They handled the whole situation very unprofessional and rudely that I canceled the rescheduled appointment because my business and time were not of value to them. I would rather take my business elsewhere than be talked down to by a rude old Man.
