I called several days ago to inquire about cleaning carpets located in our condominium hallways. I explained that I was looking for a good price but still maintaining quality. I was told over the phone that they are the best carpet cleaners in town and that if I am looking for a lower price for that service, I should not be contacting them. They did not want our business and that I was wasting their time. Okay... if your prices are not competitive with other carpet cleaners, then I don't want to waste your time asking for a quote. But the way and tone in which I was spoken to was rather rude and dismissive. We have used Arslanian in the past, but I don't think I will use them again going forward.
