We have had our area rugs picked up /dropped off to our house for several years, and were always completely satisfied. I did not know the did in home rug cleaning. They guys arrived on time, were very courteous and did an unbelievable job. Tony gave me some great pointers on my area rugs as well as the other carpeting in our home. ( He came highly recommended from our cleaning lady) They will be the only one's I ever call from now on. A+
