Very good but see comments

Only suggestion is not making it difficult to do first time estimates. It was almost a turn off because of the number of times I got” we don’t do estimates”. After the estimate was done I was told I would get a quote the next day. Did not hear anything for a couple days so I called to find out. The answer I got was we don’t do estimates are you sure it was Arslanian that came out. This needs some improvement!
