I called them last minute to come clean a red microfiber couch that had not been cleaned in 3 years. They were able to fit me in that day and the couch looks brand new! We have 2 dogs so that was a lot of fur to get up. Plus the one dog licks the arms of the couch and it left dark marks, they got all the fur and all the stains out. I will defintely use them again and strongly recommend to everyone. Plus the guy who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and the 2 technicians who came out were very friendly and professional. Great company!
